Right, now we've got that out of our systems, what if people all over the world occasionally think God is telling them to do something extraordinary and most of the time it's bizarre and unconnected to reality, so some bloke in Lagos builds a massive boat and fills it with giraffes and kangaroos, nothing happens and it just becomes a funny story. But then, some time a few thousand years ago, this guy in Mesopotamia starts hearing voices because the balance of his mind is disturbed, and they're telling him to build an ark, so he does it, puts some animals in it and then, coincidentally, there's a massive LOCAL flood which kills lots of people, then the waters die down, he steps out with his goats and cattle and says "I told you so", everyone's really impressed and they exaggerate his story and listen to his descendants because of that one time he got lucky with his delusions, then they go on to build a religion on it, and all of his descendants have the inherited tendency to be insane and say religious stuff.

Is that at all feasible?
Also, is it an example of natural selection?

Huge Problem, Deeply Hurt. What should I do?

Sorry for long read, but I'm extremely broken right now, so I want some really good advices. Be serious please.

So, I met this girl a few days ago. Let's just say that she's amazing in almost every single way. She's not a player in anyway because I know that she has been with her past boyfriend for 6 years, even though she was abused and hit all the time (scars prove so). Right now we go to the same university together, and I guess I rushed a bit, since I have never kissed a girl before, let alone anything else. I like her not only because of her beauty, but because of her socializing skills, the way she talks, her personality and of course, her maturity. She said she liked me too, so we went pretty fast and went to third base. She stayed over on my bed for two nights, wore my clothes, hang out with me, and did some stuff (no home base so yeah), but you get the idea.

Anyway, then suddenly one day, one of my friends (whom I recently found out also has a crush on her) talked to her for an hour, she suddenly said that I may not fit her because I am not the original person she thought I'd be. He then apparently called her out again at night around 3 am and talked to her more, and now she wouldn't even see me. He even made up a story that she's already secretly dating him, and she even complied when I asked her. What the fuck is going on? I've tried to text her, but she says if she sees me she wouldn't know what to speak about and it'd be awkward. It feels like she hates me.

I know I love this girl, and I forgive her for everything, whether was it luring me or seducing me and then just kicking me off the boat, I forgive her all that, but I just want her back so badly. Is that even possible? If so, what should I do? Right now I am just kinda giving her space and not talking to her at all. She hasn't responded to me of my messages yet.

And how should I get over this? This is my first love, and it's haunting me very very badly... Thanks for anyone who can help. 10 pts is all I can give, sorry, but gladly for any help. Sorry for long read again.
*Add: She wouldn't give me a chance to tell her how I feel. He probably told her to never listen to me or something. She wouldn't tell me what he said. All she says to me is "you're thinking too much"...

I think the girl dropping the diamonds is a free fall problem so I would use a=-9.8 m/s^2
I think the boat is a constant velocity problem and I would use... well I don't know what to do really :o(

The equations I'm allowed to use are
Vav=delta X/delta t
Speedav=dist/time
Vf=Vo+a*t
X=Vo*t+.5*a*t^2
Vf^2+ Vo^2+2*a*X

Is my boat title real or the wrong one HIN number different?

I purchased a 1981 boat. I didn't know much of what to look for and am now wondering. The HIN number on the boat is different then the HIN number on the title. When I ran a HIN check the correct information on the boat does come up. The boat is registered to the same person the title is made out to. All are legitimate. I have a title and the current registration and all signatures match perfectly. Not sure though why the HIN number difference. Any help would be great. I am in PA.
Everything on the title matches correctly with the hin information. Just the hin numbering is different on the title and the registration (which both match). The registration also matches the sticker on the boat as far as expiration. the mic and production year of the hin on the boat does 100% match the title. The title matches the registration which was left in the locked glove compartment. I got it open today and found that. Does it still sound fishy ?
The title was correct. The HIN number was not known at the time the title was re-done so the pa fish & game just put in a different number. It was never corrected so i have to bring the title and a tracing or picture of the hin number and everything will be done.

also there is no going to jail. Worst case scenario would have been i would be out what i paid.

I bought it at a $1 store and it's a decent read ... and I want to know if you think there is some truth in it?

The Soviets lost K-129 1,560 miles off Oahu, Hawaii in the Pacific Ocean.

There are several ideas how the sub went down but I want to know what you think.

Did K-129 try to go rogue as some have proposed? Was it destroyed by the US? Missile explosion or some other reason similar to what happened to the Soviets Kurk?

Do you think the Soviets really believe the US destroyed their boat and responded by firing a torpedo at Scorpion thereby destroying one of ours for one of theirs?

I have read lots of information about it but like I said I want your opinions.
