Question: Need new Sci-Fi series or movies. Please help?

Why don't you try Eureka? It's a SyFy show, bunch of geniuses in a small town, the only non-genius is the sheriff, who has to save the town every week when the geniuses blow it up (or like the kid doing a science experiment who created an extra sun). It's comedy and drama at the same time, throws real science at you. Fun to watch.
